1. Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are available for services and products that have not been shipped or for which production has not commenced.
- Custom services and products are non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been ordered, as these are tailored to client specifications.
2. Requesting a Refund:
- To request a refund, please contact our support team at 888-505-2372 or Billing@OnDemandFulfillment to request a refund.
- Please provide your invoice number, details of the product or service, and the reason for the refund request.
3. Processing Refunds:
- Once a refund request is received, we will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number of days, e.g., 14] business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
- The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom services or products once production has begun.
- Any fees paid for non-standard services or customizations.
- Onboarding or setup fees.
- Monthly membership fee. Requires 30 day cancellation notice as per signed agreement.
- Opened or used products.
